Working with the best-of-the-best, Kyle experienced the power of interconnected fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness—and became determined to make this level of education and transformative support available to more people around the world.

Program Director


Todd Norman

Todd has 28 years of experience in sports performance, fitness training, nutritional consulting and mental skills coaching. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and a Masters Degree in Kinesiology.


Todd coached Kyle throughout his 120-day transformation and continues to mentor him through his fitness journey. Todd has coached professional athletes across the NFL, NHL, and UFC and was formerly the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Anaheim Ducks.


Todd now practices as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Nutrition Coach and USA Weightlifting Instructor.
